Anyway, an article caught my eye yesterday and it lead me to this article from the BBC:

As you read it, you can hear the stifled laughs in the background from the author, but to be honest, who cares. They've tried to be as neutral as they can, in the light of the recent case about someone plotting murder against someone's dad (no I haven't a clue, been out-of-synch with furrydom too long now) and that's all that matters. I'm not quite sure where I'm going with this, so I'd better make up a point quick...

Um...

Notice how most of the comments are from furries saying how they don't like how they've been stereotyped? I've seen this sort of thing on many articles and posts involving furries on non-fur sites. Another stereotype in development perhaps?

I guess I can talk about how I'm not really talking to many people any more.

Recently, I haven't wanted to talk to many people (furries) any more. I'll refrain from getting too emo about this (this isn't livejournal, after all), but it's been quite distinct. Seems the only people that IM me or go out of their way to talk to me, now annoy the crap outta me, so I just ignore them. Cos I'm an idiot, this in turn makes me feel a little lonely and ignored, and I don't wanna IM anyone cos I don't feel like it. Ultimately I talk to like 1 or 2 furs a day, whereas that used to be like 5. Also stopped going to UKFur ages ago, and FA more recently. It might have something to do with a certain infamously evil addictive game that I got into about 2 months ago, but can I honestly blame it all on that?

I guess...but I don't wanna stop. /Ozzy Osbourse (no-one will get the reference) So I'll just end up alone playing on my MMORPG. Irony anyone?

Also would like to buy several games, but I'm not cos I need to save money for uni and I can't be bothered to get a real job, so I don't have many distractions other than the game THAT IS NOT WOW.
